Trip to Goa | Amazing Holiday Destinations in India
A Trip to Goa | Amazing Holiday Destinations in India: I have been to a lot of places, national and international but Goa is my all time favorite. The best thing about Goa is that you don’t need to do ground work to visit Goa because it is going to be happening whether you are going planned or unplanned.
I have been to Goa twice, December 2016 and May 2017, I would suggest December and January month is best to visit Goa. I will share my December visit here.
After reaching our hotel, we freshened up and went out, and had some snacks and light dinner in a restaurant named 24*7. People were enjoying karaoke there, even we felt good after loads of traveling and tiredness.
Next morning we had a flight and we came back. It was an awesome trip altogether.
Though I opted by air for my trip, I have heard that its best to reach goa by train, it is really easy to each goa as major railways stations are located in Margao. The main railway station is known as Madgaon and Vasco-da-Gama. These railway stations are well linked with Mumbai and then other major parts of the country as well.
If you are opting for by air, then the nearest airport is located in Dabolim, it is about 30 km away from the state capital Panaji. Goa is well connected by air through direct flight to major cities like Delhi, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Mumbai, and Ahmedabad.
If you are a road traveler, Goa is the best destination for road traveling, you can reach there by your car or You can get many buses from cities like Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad etc. Goa has its own bus service which connects it within and out of the state.
